The Bambu A1 Mini 3D Printer is ideal for extruding PLA, PETG, Flexibles [TPU, TPE], and PVA.

Can the Bambu A1 Mini 3D printer extrude more advanced filaments?

While the Bambu A1 Mini can technically extrude other filaments like ABS, ASA, PC, Nylon / PA, and composites (like NylonX), it is not recommended because the A1 Mini does not come equipped out of the box to succeed with these materials.

To print these materials, consider the Bambu Lab X1 Carbon or Bambu Lab X1E instead.

Can I enclose the Bambu A1 Mini?

It is NOT recommended to enclose the Bambu Lab A1 Mini 3D Printer.

If you desire an enclosed FDM 3D printer, check out the Bambu Lab P1S, Bambu Lab X1 Carbon, or Bambu Lab X1E.

Can I use the Bambu AMS on the A1 Mini?

No. The AMS is incompatible with the Bambu Lab A1 Mini. Use the AMS Lite for multi-color 3D printing with the Bambu Lab A1 Mini 3D printer.

Can I use multiple Bambu AMS Lite units with a single Bambu Lab A1 Mini for up to 16 color prints?

No. The Bambu A1 Mini can only support one AMS Lite, meaning a maximum of 4 colors.
